Can I exchange the jewel if it doesn't fit well?

We do not accept exchanges of jewelry due to jewelry hygiene. To correctly choose the size of your jewel, please consider the inner diameter, the thickness of the jewel, and the type of closure before making your purchase.

What can I do if I receive a jewel without the zircons or with a defective closure?

We only make changes if the jewel has arrived in poor condition. In this case, please send photos of the jewelry and your order number (it's a BEN10XX) to info@benedyctina.com. We will analyze your case and give you a solution in less than 48 business hours.
