Buying at Benedyctina is very simple! In our buying guide, we will explain how to place your order.

We only accept orders through the website www.benedyctina.com - If you have problems making the purchase or making the payment, contact us at info@benedyctina.com

2) When you have decided which jewel you want, go to the product page to find important information about the jewel.

3) When you have already selected the jewels you want to buy, click on the shopping cart in the upper right corner. In notes you can let us know anything you want. Also, if it is a gift, you can write a small message and we will include it in the packaging.

4. It is necessary to create an account on our website. This will make your next purchases faster and you will have more information about your order.

5. On the order screen, you must fill in the shipping information. Please be as specific as possible to avoid delays in your order. Promotional codes or gift card codes are also entered on this screen.

6) On the payment screen, the web page will be redirected to PAYU where you can choose your preferred payment method. After completing your purchase, you should receive a confirmation email from us with your order number (BEN10XX). If it has not reached you, please check spam.
